FAQ

At Elite Auto Shopper we strive to keep our clients completely informed concerning every aspect of each service we provide. Because our service is relatively new to the industry, and many of our clients have never experienced purchasing a vehicle utilizing a personal shopping service, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that we hope will address any questions or concerns you may have about utilizing our services. If there are any questions we have not answered, please feel free to contact us.  We will gladly respond to any questions you have.

1. How and where does Elite Auto Shopper locate their vehicles?
We purchase our vehicles through major leasing companies, auto dealers, private individuals and auto auctions. We have access to the highest quality pre-owned vehicles in the market and purchase many of our vehicles at the Manheim Auto Auction, the largest auto auction in the nation which is located right in Lancaster County near our headquarters.

4. What happens if there is a problem with the vehicle purchased that is not covered by the warranty?
At Elite Auto Shopper We Guarantee the Inspection of the vehicle. If Elite Auto Shopper buys a car and there is a problem that is not covered under the warranty (frame damage, suspension damage, etc), then we will resell the vehicle and purchase another vehicle for the client or refund the deposit in full to the client. Elite Auto Shopper gives the client a full 3-day time period in which to have the car inspected by a local dealer or independent service consultant of their choice.

5. Does Elite Auto Shopper accept trade-ins?
Yes. We will provide you with a basic estimate of what your vehicle is worth. If it is acceptable, then your vehicle will go directly to the auction and the price that the vehicle brings at auction, less auction fees and applicable expenses, will be applied to the purchase price of your new vehicle.
